Wellness Coaching for Employees

Program Description

We offer an evolution of the EAP using the coach approach for wellness and lasting lifestyle change. Your employees are more likely to accomplish more with fewer struggles in a coaching relationship. They’ll draw upon personal strengths to make positive changes in many areas of their lives. We specialize in several varieties of group programs with tips on lifestyle change, nutrition, movement, vitamins and supplements, vitality, relaxation, relationship skills, creativity,  and life-purpose.  We also offer one-on-one wellness coaching for employees to reduce stress, reduce weight, or manage chronic illness.
How it Works

We offer a suite of plans for individuals, professionals and leaders committed to significant life-change deliverable to the worksite, by phone or in-person. First, our candidates meet with a professional coach to create the goals and aspirations they wish. Once a program is in place, they receive complete support with group coaching or one-on-one sessions  that best fit their needs for health, vitality, and well-being.

The Deliverables

Step 1:  Whole Person Assessment

A “whole person” assessment designed to gain personal insight into one’sstate of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The assessment provides new awareness for lasting changes of a person’s health, vitality, and well-being.

Step 2:  Vital Wellness Vision Plan (In-Person or by Phone)

TLI provides a wellness coaching specialist to help candidates assess whole health concerns for each candidate with a full hour of feedback taken from the Whole Person and Next Generation Assessments to create a successful Vital Wellness Vision Plan.

Step 3:  One-on-One Coaching Sessions (By Phone or In-Person)

TLI coaches are professionally trained to engage candidates in a process that empowers, vitalizes, and promotes personal responsibility of their health, vitality, and well-being. Once a program is in place, candidates receive complete support in those areas that best fit their needs.

Step 4:  Employee Progress Review

Review aggregate report comparisons between baseline and follow up with HR Executives, Benefits Specialists, and other Stakeholders.

Vital Wellness Coaching – An Invitation for Health, Vitality, and Well-Being features a health and wellness questionnaire, the Transformational Coaching Model, charts for tracking your daily progress, creating a vision plan, setting intentions, and a variety of energy strategies and activities for achieving optimum health, vitality, and well-being.
