Program Description

Creativity and Intuitiveness for Leaders provides the practical theories of creative thinking and ways to excel through an intuitive process. This coaching is offered in a group setting or one-on-one to enhance and inspire creativity and intuitiveness.

Upon completion, leaders will be more energized, intrinsically motivated, and able to foster creativity, intuitiveness, and collaboration in a positive work environment.

Professional Bio

Kathleen Riley, DEH, ACCP, WHEE, is a Senior Partner and the Founder of Transformational Leaders Intl. She is the author of What You Feel is Real: A Memoir of Healing & Purpose, What You Feel is Real Journal, Everyday Miracles, and Vital Wellness workbooks. In 1997, Riley developed a personal growth magazine with Hearst Magazine Enterprises, publisher of ‘O’ Magazine. She is past President and COO of The Transition Team, a thirty-year-old outplacement firm. Since 2001, Riley has worked with hundreds in career transition, leadership, and wellness. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan State University. She has an Advanced Corporate Coaching Certificate from Corporate Coach U, Inc.  She has completed Masters level courses and  holds a variety of certifitications in Integrative Holistic Health modalities.
