An excellent discussion for those who want to live healthier as well as those living with chronic disease – being well is a state of mind, an attitude – we’ll help show you how.

Vision Planning

You will learn how to create a vision statement and set meaningful goals for improving your health, vitality, and wellbeing.

Managing Change

A discussion of the different stages of behavioral change and what motivate us to make positive changes in our lives.  Will discuss common barriers and ways to combat feelings of frustration and failure.

Stress Reduction

Learn what the term “relaxation” really means to you.  Learn about your stress and ways to decompress with Guided Imagery and Music Therapy.  Includes discussion on various meditation techniques.

Supplements & Vitamins

A simple discussion on the role of vitamins and supplements for our health.  Will discuss specific issues of the most common supplements including St. Johns Wart and Ginseng.

Vital Wellness Strategies

An overview of the body’s vital life-force as it relates to our natural healing abilities to restore, rejuvenate, enhance and boost the various systems in the body such as the immune system, autonomic nervous system and the endocrine system. You will learn strategies to assess and enhance your body’s energy system for achieving balance and vitality.

Positive Thought Patterning

Learning and applying of a variety of meridian-based methods for replacing negative thought patterns with positive intentions, statements, and affirmations though subtle awareness and meditation techniques.

Wellness Pathway for Chronic Illness

The rise of chronic illness such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and nervous conditions is astounding but these diagnoses doesn’t necessarily mean the end of a productive career and work life.  The Pathway to Wellness with Chronic Illness workshops demonstrates how to optimize your wellness regardless of your illness and how you can live a fuller, happier life.
