Kathleen Riley, BA, ACCP, DEH, WHEE, ADS, is the Founder and President of TLI Coaching and The Dove House, a 501(c)(3)Charity. She is past President and COO of The Transition Team, a thirty-year-old outplacement firm and has worked with hundreds in career transition, personal growth and wellness.
She is the author of wellness, personal growth, and energy medicine publications, including What You Feel is Real, Everyday Miracles and Healing & Wellness Beyond Recovery. In 1997, she created a magazine of personal growth with Hearst Magazine Enterprises, publisher of O Magazine.
Riley earned her B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University in Lansing, MI, and attended Energy Medicine University in Sausalito, CA, where she completed Graduate Course Studies in Integrative Holistic Health, with an emphasis in Energy Psychology. She is a graduate of the Advanced Corporate Coaching Program with Corporate Coach U, Inc. and is a certified chaplain with the International Fellowship of Chaplains.
An ambitious and outgoing Executive Recruiter and Career Coach, Michelle Paquette provides proactive hands-on full life cycle recruitment for internal client groups at Talmer Bank and Trust. Michelle partners with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team on corporate wide recruitment projects and initiatives.
Michelle has an extensive background in Business Development, Recruiting, Management, Outplacement and Consulting experience. Working in the areas of engineering, administrative, finance, medical and technical recruiting.
Previous experience includes: Founder of Advantage Professional Staffing, an innovative search and consulting firm specializing in executive search, contract and temporary staffing. Outplacement counselor for The Transition Team, a national Outplacement Firm, Corporate Recruiter at Visteon World Headquarters, and Area Manager for CareerStaff Unlimited. In addition, a facilitator for Careers in Transition, an outreach ministry that assists those who are in career transition.
Michelle is a Certified Placement Counselor (CPC), awarded by NAPS (National Association of Placement Counselors) since 1998.
